I grew up hunting and fishing with my dad, which inspired my passion for the outdoors. At first, I wanted to pursue a career in Fine Arts with my wildlife-centered paintings and drawings. Something was missing. After a time at University, I discovered with taxidermy, I would be able to join together my artistic talent with a commercial need, so I set off for taxidermy school. After weeks of learning, I received a diploma and new skillset to create high-quality, custom taxidermy mounts.
